Muay Thai great Nong-O Gaiyanghadao has held his bantamweight Muay Thai throne through six consecutive defenses. Impressively, his most recent four wins were all earned via KO/TKO.
At ONE Friday Fights 1 on Friday, January 20, the 36-year-old champ will need to be performing at his very best. In an interview with ONE Championship, Nong-O said:

"I’ve prepared for this fight for three months. My game plan is ready. I won’t be careless about my opponent. And, my physical condition is now 100 percent ready. I’m super ready for this Friday’s fight."
Panpayak says Nong-O Gaiyanghadao is perfect in Muay Thai
'The Angel Warrior' Panpayak Jitmuangnon is a young Thai athlete who looks up to the skills of Nong-O Gaiyanghadao. According to the 27-year-old striker, the bantamweight Muay Thai king is at the point of perfection in the sport.
While speaking to ONE Championship in an interview, Panpayak said:
"From my experience of watching Nong-O closely, I am confident in his effective training and strong will ... In my opinion, Nong-O is now at perfection in all aspects.”
'The Angel Warrior' added:
“I see what Nong-O does every day. He is a hard-working person indeed. I think no one is as diligent and determined as him. Now I understand why people call him ‘Unbeatable Champ'. It’s not easy for him to maintain his world championship for a long time. He works so hard. If you came to see what he does every day, you would have no doubt why he is still a legend today.”
