Paddy Pimblett will make his fourth appearance in the UFC octagon against Jared Gordon at UFC 282. Pimblett has a natural size advantage when compared to Gordon, with 'The Baddy' standing 3cm taller and has a 12cm longer reach.

'Flash' has a lot more UFC experience than the Englishman, but currently has an organizational record of 7 wins and 4 losses. However, Gordon won his latest outing against Leonardo Santos and has mainly lost to high-level opposition in the organization.

Jared Gordon took on Charles Oliveira back in 2019 and lost via stoppage in the very first round. The American also suffered a third-round submission loss against 19-1 Grant Dawson at UFC Fight Night: Font vs. Vera.

The 34-year-old was on a three-fight winning streak in the UFC, getting the better of Chris Fishgold, Danny Chavez and Joe Solecki in back-to-back outings. But Dawson stopped this impressive form in April.

Paddy Pimblett has done a good job in the UFC since joining the organization in 2021. The Englishman has managed to get the better of Luigi Vendramini, Rodrigo Vargas and Jordan Leavitt.

All of Pimblett's UFC outings have finished within two rounds, with only Leavitt surviving the first five minutes in the octagon against 'The Baddy'. However, Jared Gordon hasn't been stopped within two rounds since facing Charles Oliveira back in 2019, so will likely prove to be a tougher test for Pimblett.

When did Paddy Pimblett last lose a professional MMA bout?

If you only watch the UFC, you will have never seen Paddy Pimblett lose a bout. However, 'The Baddy' has lost three times in his professional MMA career. Most recently he lost via submission against Soren Bak in 2018 for the Cage Warriors lightweight belt.

The loss came during Pimblett's impressive Cage Warriors career, with all of the Englishman's losses coming under the Cage Warriors banner. The UFC lightweight's first professional loss came against Cameron Else in 2013 via submission, with his only other defeat coming against Nad Narimani.

Paddy Pimblett won his last two Cage Warriors bouts against Decky Dalton and Davide Martinez before joining the UFC in 2021. Since joining the organization, Pimblett has beaten the likes of Luigi Vendramini, Rodrigo Vargas and Jordan Leavitt in back-to-back bouts.
