Tawanchai PK Saenchai is the undisputed king of ONE Championship's featherweight Muay Thai division. Still, his status does not mean that he is above feeling the consequences of his actions during training camp.

As he prepares to face 'Smokin'' Jo Nattawut at ONE 167 on June 7, the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion thought it was a great idea to play tricks on his coach, Trainer Wang, which was posted on the PK Saenchai Muay Thai Gym's official Instagram account.

It did not end well for the Thai superstar, though, and he said the following in the comments section:

"Play more than practice 😅😂"

Tawanchai and Nattawut shared the Circle back in October 2023 at ONE Fight Night 15, with Tawanchai standing tall after a three-round war under kickboxing rules.

Nattawut declared a few months after that if he had not been a short-notice replacement fighter for Superbon, Tawanchai would have been the one on the losing end.

Now, with the rematch set to have Tawanchai's featherweight Muay Thai world title on the line, Nattawut can prove his words to be true in front of their countrymen inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Tawanchai engages in special sparring session with fellow world champion

Tawanchai was recently seen having a sparring session with reigning ONE women's strawweight Muay Thai world titlist Smilla Sundell, who is out to defend her world championship against Natalia Diachkova at ONE Fight Night 22 on May 3 at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.

The two next-generation Muay Thai stars certainly appear to have enjoyed their time together, with both of them smiling throughout their light-hearted training session as they prepare for their respective world title defenses.

ONE 167 and ONE Fight Night 22 will air live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
