Sean O'Malley recently weighed in on Darren Till's performance against Dricus Du Plessis at UFC 282, which ended with Till being submitted in the third round.

On episode #216 of his podcast, TimboSugarShow, O'Malley spoke about 'The Gorilla's wrestling during the fight. He mentioned that he didn't feel Till made the correct decisions.

"Darren Till, he wasn't doing anything wrestling when it comes to wrestling," O'Malley said. "It didn't like, right? Every shot stuff was late...it wasn't sprawling. It's like, I thought you've been training with Khamzat (Chimaev)?" (4:36 - 4:50)

Despite critiquing Till's decisions as it pertains to his wrestling, 'Sugar' did compliment him for his toughness throughout the fight. He brought up his effectiveness when throwing a left elbow.

"Dude, when he starts marching forward throwing that left elbow, he's f**king dangerous," O'Malley added. "He's just had a run of...I mean, he's fighting the top guys. Dricus (Du Plessis), 18-2, he's good." (5:22 - 5:33)

Till is in a predicament in the UFC as the loss to Du Plessis was his third straight, but both fighters earned a bonus for Fight of the Night. The promotion will likely give him another opportunity, so it will be interesting to see whether 'The Gorilla' remains at middleweight or attempts another run at welterweight.

Sean O'Malley believes Paddy Pimblett needs to make changes after most recent win

While speaking about UFC 282 on TimboSugarShow, Sean O'Malley mentioned that he believes that Paddy Pimblett practically lost his fight against Jared Gordon. He said that Pimblett should shift his focus to improving as an overall fighter.

'Sugar' described how losing the fight would have been a blessing in disguise for Pimblett as it could have forced him to make changes. He added that 'The Baddy' has a lot of potential as a fighter, but that his well-documented eating habits could hinder him from achieving more success.

"I bet Paddy takes away from that fight and goes, 'I need to f**king dial in," O'Malley said. "This is the time where I need to dial in, not get fat as f*ck, and get skilled, get more skilled.' Cause he has skills, he knows how to perform, he's not bad. He has a lot of potential...just where is he going to direct his energy? Is he going to get better or is he going to get fatter? We'll see." (8:27 - 8:47).
