This was highly evident in a short highlight video put together by ONE Championship ahead of Superlek's world title defense at ONE Fight Night 8. In the video, we saw the ONE world champion's brutal demolition of Rui Botelho back in 2019:

Botelho didn't know what kind of storm hit him that night.
Superlek will defend his throne against Danial Williams in the main event of ONE Fight Night 8, which will be available live and for free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America on March 24.
Danial Williams steps in as late replacement to face Superlek Kiatmoo9 at ONE Fight Nigtht 8
ONE Fight Night 8's fight card went on a roller coaster in the past 48 hours. Superlek Kiatmoo9's original headlining opponent, Rodtang Jitmuangnon, pulled out of their ONE flyweight kickboxing world championship fight.
The fight would have been Rodtang's first attempt at becoming a world champion in two different sports in the promotion. Ultimately, 'The Iron Man' had to pull out due to injury, just days before the fight.
ONE Championship announced the unfortunate news on Instagram:

Stepping in to replace Rodtang is Danial 'Mini T' Williams, who was scheduled to face Rui Botelho on the same night. 'Mini T' is one of the most exciting fighters in ONE, both in the MMA and all-striking divisions. Danial Williams had a busy 2022, going 3-1 that year. He scored dominant victories over former world champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke, divisional standout Namiki Kawahara, and newcomer Zelang Zhaxi.
Williams' upcoming bout for the ONE flyweight kickboxing world championship against divisional titleholder Superlek Kiatmoo9 will be his first foray back into the striking realm in years.
The last time the Aussie slugger was in an all-striking contest was when he went the distance against Rodtang Jitmuangnon in a Fight of the Year banger back in 2021.
