UFC heavyweight contender Curtis Blaydes expressed his honest opinion on Dana White's new venture, Power Slap League.

Curtis Blaydes, a top heavyweight competitor in the mixed martial arts world, recently expressed his strong opposition towards the Power Slap League in a candid interview with noted MMA journalist James Lynch.

Blaydes, known for his formidable striking abilities, criticized the league for promoting a form of combat that he deems as unskilled and lacking the technical demands of traditional MMA. He also expressed concerns about the safety of the fighters involved and the negative impact it may have on the sport as a whole.

When asked about his thoughts on the Power Slap League, Blaydes said:

"I actually was watching the highlights of it with my girlfriend the other day. It looks gruesome. I wouldn't do it. I won't let you hit me. There was that one clip of that guy who got hit on the face immediately swelled up. That looked pretty bad."
