Decorated striking star ‘C18’ Anissa Meksen will bring all of her firepower against Thai superstar Stamp Fairtex when the two battle at ONE on Prime Video 6. The event is set for January 14, 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand.

On Instagram, the French-Algerian athlete shared a video of her hitting pads with fire and fury:

"Anissa Meksen switches GEARS ⚙️ The striking superstar collides with Stamp Fairtex on January 13 in a mixed rules super-fight at ONE on Prime Video 6!"

See the video below:

In the clip, Meksen throws bursts of combinations on the mitts. In just a second, she launches into a lightning-quick 10-strike punching combination. She repeats this multiple times with different punch combos.

In the striking arts, Anissa Meksen is an imposing figure. 'C18' is undefeated in ONE Championship between Muay Thai and kickboxing. Plus, she has held titles in GLORY Kickboxing, Enfusion, Venum Muay Thai, Savate, French National Boxing, and others.

On January 14, Meksen will face combat sports superstar Stamp Fairtex. Stamp is a former two-sport world titleholder after having held the ONE atomweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world titles.

In 2021, she captured the ONE Women's Atomweight World Grand Prix Championship, which set up her world title challenge against ONE women’s atomweight world champion Angela Lee at ONE X.

At ONE on Prime Video 6, Stamp and Meksen will have a showdown in a special-rules superfight. The rounds of their match will alternate between MMA and Muay Thai rules.

Anissa Meksen is highly confident against Stamp Fairtex

Stamp Fairtex has held world titles in Muay Thai and kickboxing, but Anissa Meksen is still highly confident going into this matchup.

After her most recent win, the French-Algerian striker said:

"She’s [Stamp Fairtex] a dancer, I’m a real fighter.”

With an incredible record of 103-5, Meksen will have a sharp advantage in experience. The globally renowned striker made her professional debut in 2008 when Stamp was only about 10 years old.

However, this will be a mixed-rules match and Meksen has never fought in an MMA fight before. Stamp, on the other hand, has had impressive success in the sport.

Meksen is most recently coming off a Muay Thai victory against Dangkongfah Banchamek. This fight, though, did not impress Stamp one bit. In an interview with Nic Atkin of SCMP MMA, Stamp explained:

"I think Dangkongfah is a good athlete, but the advantage that Anissa had over her is that Dangkongfah is quite smaller than her, and this is the first time Dangkongfah fought [on the global stage]. Maybe Dangkongfah got a little bit nervous and excited to fight in ONE. Anissa has good punches, that is all."
