WATCH: Aung La N Sang experiences the power of Saemapetch Fairtex’s leg kicks

'The Burmese Python' Aung La N Sang watched experienced Muay Thai striker Saemapetch Fairtex hit the pads and wanted to feel the power. The former two-division world champion was more than happy to take a leg kick from the Thai athlete.

Saemapetch was warming up for his match at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video with his trainer. Aung La N Sang stepped in and took some leg kicks from the 125-18 fighter.

On Instagram, he shared the clip:

"Would you let [Saemapetch Fairtex] kick you? Experiencing the [Lumpinee] Stadium was amazing and I asked Saemapetch how many fights he’s had there? He said more than a hundred. 🤯 😮 🤔 I guess fighters fight."

It must have helped as Saemapetch was able to defeat Zhang Chenglong in his kickboxing debut by way of decision. The Thai athlete now has two consecutive wins in ONE Championship.

'The Burmese Python' Aung La N Sang, meanwhile, is also on a two-fight consecutive win streak in ONE. Soon, he will be looking to make it three in a row. Aung La will next be fighting stateside at ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5, an event that will be broadcast on Amazon Prime Video.


Aung La N Sang returns at ONE Fight Night 10

The former two-division world champion has TKO victories over Yushin Okami and Gilberto Galvão in recent times. At ONE Fight Night 10, he is booked to face 'King Kong Warrior' Fan Rong.

ONE Fight Night 10 will be a historic event as it will be ONE's first event on United States soil. 1stBank Arena in Colorado will host the action-packed card on May 5. The 37-year-old fighter is excited to be performing at this event.

After his last win, he said in his post-fight speech:

"It feels great to be back. I had a little layover and now I'm back to fighting and in three months, let's keep this ball rolling. I'm excited to go again ... I'm ONE Championship’s hitman. Let's go anybody. A title fight would be good too. Let's go!"

'The Burmese Python' Aung La is looking to add a third win in the competitive middleweight division and then challenge for the ONE middleweight world title once again.
