UFC flyweight Tagir Ulanbekov will make his fourth octagon appearance on the upcoming Fight Night card set to take place on Saturday, November 5. The event, titled UFC Fight Night: Rodriguez vs. Lemos (also known as UFC Fight Night 214, and UFC Vegas 64) will go down from the promotion's Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC Vegas 64 will be headlined by a women's strawweight bout between Marina Rodriguez and Amanda Lemos.

Ulanbekov (13-2) will face Nate Maness (14-2) in a main card flyweight bout. The 31-year-old will enter the fight hoping to bounce back from his recent decision loss to Tim Elliott at UFC 272 in March.

His opponent, Nate Maness, will also head into UFC Vegas 64 next Saturday looking to rebound from his latest defeat. The American was outpointed by Tagir Ulanbekov's teammate, Umar Nurmagomedov, back in June.

Nate Maness will be dropping down to flyweight for his upcoming fight against Tagir Ulanbekov on Saturday. During a recent interaction with LowKickMMA, 'Mayhem' explained his decision behind fighting in a new weight class. He said:

"Just last two or three years, I've been walking around lighter and you know how spiders are - if we can make the weight class below us, we're going to give it a shot. Weight is coming off perfect. I've been working with UFC nutritionist at the PI [Performance Institute], so they're making everything smooth for me and now, we're definitely going to hit the mark."

Nathan Maness made his promotional debut as a featherweight when he took on Johnny Munoz Jr. in August 2020.

In his second UFC appearance, 'Mayhem' competed against Luke Sanders at catchweight (140lbs) before moving down to bantamweight for two subsequent bouts. Maness was successful in all of his UFC appearances except for his recent loss to Umar Nurmagomedov in June.

At UFC Vegas 64 this Saturday, both men will have the opportunity to get back into the win column.
