Joe Rogan has been very outspoken about current United States of America President Joe Biden. Leading up to the 2020 election, Rogan criticized Biden's speaking mannerisms and questioned whether he would be fit for the role.
Rogan compared noticing Biden's odd mannerisms to recognizing when a fighter is injured inside the UFC octagon. Speaking on episode #1448 of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC commentator said:
"He doesn't know what he's talking about when he's talking. I'm looking at this like a medical condition. When I'm calling a fight and I see a guy limping and I'm like, 'I think he hurt his knee.' like Thiago Santos against Jon Jones, 'I think he hurt his knee there. I think there's something going on with his knee.' That's how I'm looking at this."

"I'm looking at this like this is a medical issue. That's not a normal way to communicate, unless he's high as f**k because if I was high, I'd be like, 'I don't know what I just said to this lady.' He could be in the middle of one of those interviews blasted on edibles going, 'What are we even talking about?' I don't think that's what it is, I think he's very old."

In June 2022, Joe Biden fell over as he attempted to stop his bike to greet supporters and the press. UFC commentator Joe Rogan discussed the footage of Biden falling in a recent episode of his JRE podcast.
On episode #1834 of his podcast, the popular comic said:
"He is the gift that keeps giving if you are not a Biden fan... He's got good legs. That's why I'm kind of amazed that he falls down so much because if you look at his legs, they look pretty sturdy..."
He added:
"If a 20-year-old guy falls like that, it's not as funny as a 79-year-old guy falling like that. Who falls more than him?"
