As one of the fastest-growing sports organizations in the world, the UFC has gained significant attention from fans and investors alike. The ownership structure is complex, with multiple stakeholders holding shares in the company.

In this article, we'll take a closer look at some of the prominent names that own a piece of the pie.

Mark Wahlberg, an accomplished actor and producer, is also a part-owner of the company. According to reports, Wahlberg holds $45 million-worth of stake in the company, which he acquired in 2016. His involvement with the promotion is not surprising, given his passion for fitness and combat sports.

Actor Sylvester Stallone is also a notable name on the company's ownership roster, holding around $40 million worth of shares in the company. Stallone's connection to the company stems from his long-standing relationship with UFC President Dana White. Like Wahlberg, Stallone holds a minority stake in the company.

Ben Affleck, another prominent Hollywood actor, is rumored to have a small stake of $5 million. Affleck's interest in the company reportedly dates back to 2016 when he was spotted attending several events for the promotion.

Apart from these celebrity stakeholders, the company's ownership group includes several prominent business executives and investors. The company's majority owner is Endeavor Group Holdings, a global entertainment and media company that acquired a controlling stake in the UFC in 2016.

Other investors in the UFC include MSD Capital, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), Silver Lake Partners, and Tencent Holdings, among others. These entities have collectively poured billions of dollars into the company over the years, contributing to the organization's rapid growth and success.

As the UFC continues to expand its global reach, its ownership structure is likely to evolve as well. With big names like Wahlberg, Stallone, and Affleck holding stakes, it's clear that the No.1 combat sports promotion has captured the attention of not just sports fans, but also Hollywood's elite.

Dana White addresses UFC fighter pay and Paulo Costa negotiations

UFC President Dana White has responded to complaints regarding fighter pay and negotiations with Paulo Costa. In a recent appearance on Bussin' With The Boys, White stated that he does not reveal fighter pay and that fighters are free to disclose their earnings.

"Coz I don't tell anybody what they get paid. I don't tell anybody what they get paid and guess what, neither do the fighters. There's no gag order in place. These fighters could come out and say exactly what they make."

He also revealed that Paulo Costa had misrepresented the offer made to him during negotiations. White further stated that fighters who complain about pay and threaten to leave are ones the organization is okay with letting go.

"I just had a situation recently, and I'll tell you who it was. It was Paulo Costa. He's a f***ing lunatic, he acts like a lunatic, and he came out publicly and kinda said what we offered him. It was the furthest f***ing thing from the truth."
