UFC lightweight Beneil Dariush is married to Victoria Vu Dariush. The couple have two daughters together.

Based on her LinkedIn profile, Victoria is the operations manager at Kings MMA Anaheim, where Dariush trains. She previously worked as a Medical Scribe at the Center for Bone and Joint Care.

The Assyrian-American fighter hasn't disclosed how they met. It appears that the pair got married on February 1, 2020. Victoria shared a photo of herself and Dariush, wishing her husband a "Happy anniversary" on February 1 last year.

The lightweight fighter has repeatedly emphasized the value of family and the the pair seem to have an extremely close bond. Victoria has also been a pivotal part of Dariush's fighting career and has assisted him in training.

Beneil Dariush is one of the fighters who cherishes a stable family life over other distractions. Dariush welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Alva, in June 2021. Their second daughter Emma Doris was born in April 2023 and Beneil Dariush announced her birth in an Instagram post. He wrote:

"A little late but Emma Doris is here and we are singing halleluJah"

Family is Beneil Dariush's first priority in life

Beneil Dariush was riding an eight-fight winning streak until recently. He looked poised to fight for the UFC title with another win or two. Unfortunately, he lost to former champion Charles Oliveira in his next fight at UFC 289. While fans may feel sorry for him, losses in combat sports hold little importance for the Assyrian-American fighter.

While speaking to Shamiran Media at the 88th Assyrian Convention, Dariush revealed his outlook on life and said that he puts family and his culture at the forefront and strives to build a better life.

“My pleasure. Not just [that we have to recognize being Assyrian, but], we have to recognize that family is number one. If we recognize family is number one and we focus on family and [if] we do the things that our parents didn’t do, we will be able to grow as a nation but most importantly as a family.”
