"Pro-athletes are DM'ing them" - When Joe Rogan shared brutal take on failing marriage rates in America

A year ago, the JRE MMA Show featured an interesting conversation on episode #147, where Joe Rogan welcomed Sean O'Malley and his coach, Tim Welch. They touched on plummeting marriage rates in the United States, with Rogan blaming the rise of social media apps for some of it.

He singled out Instagram, claiming to know several married women who post provocative pictures on the platform, ultimately attracting the attention of men who aren't their husbands. This, Rogan feels, is a gateway to infidelity once something goes amiss in one's marriage.

"Instagram is essentially an infidelity accelerating machine. I know guys who are married, and their wives page[s] is all their wife sticking thei t*tties out and sticking their butt out. I mean, it's literally the whole page. And I'm not talking about girls who are professional fitness influencers that are just showing how good their body is. I'm talking about regular gals."

Rogan then points out that some of the aforementioned women have even been messaged by professional athletes.

"Some of them are just *ss and t*tties, and like, 'Do you like my feet?' And they're married! Right? So, you know they're getting bombed on in the DMs, like constantly. And if something goes wrong in the marriage, they have probably so many options. Pro-athletes are DM'ing them. Who knows, you know?"

Joe Rogan's JRE podcast guest Sean O'Malley is in an open relationship

One of Joe Rogan's two guests on the episode was former UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley, who is married to Danya Gonzalez. The pair have been together for years, but their relationship is notorious for being open, with O'Malley allegedly being the only one afforded the right to step out.

His wife apparently doesn't pursue other sexual partners, which has led to a tremendous wave of criticism. Regardless, O'Malley feels within his rights to set the terms of their marriage due to being its financial provider.
