With the holiday season coming to an end, many UFC fighters are spending all the quality time they can get with their friends and family before they get back to training. For many fighters, 2023 is another year for them to raise their stock and ranks in their respective divisions. For the champions of each division, 2023 will bring them new contenders that will challenge them for their titles.Keeping in mind the champions of each division (except for the light heavyweight division due to its vacancy), we have to wonder what Father Christmas would gift each of them. We will also consider interim champions in the list below.DaniloAlmeida.Arte@22daniloalmeida#UFC ChampionsClass of 2022📸instagram.com/p/Cm0KvtgDW_A/#MMATwitter #FanArt2#UFC ChampionsClass of 2022📸instagram.com/p/Cm0KvtgDW_A/#MMATwitter #FanArt https://t.co/qjGU8mOP6p#1. UFC strawweight champion - Zhang WeiliZhang Weili has two promotional losses at the hands of two-time former strawweight queen Rose Namajunas. It would only be appropriate for Santa Claus to gift a trilogy bout against 'Thug Rose,' so 'Magnum' can find redemption. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#2. UFC women's flyweight champion - Valentina ShevchenkoSince her fight moniker is 'Bullet,' perhaps an appropriate gift for Valentina Shevchenko would be an assortment of firearms and a sleek vehicle to go with it. She could definitely play the role of a spy or be one in real life, given her combat skills and proficiency with firearms. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#3. UFC women's bantamweight champion - Amanda NunesWith a nickname like 'Lioness,' perhaps an African safari trip would be an appropriate gift from Santa Claus to the bantamweight queen Amanda Nunes. And so, the most appropriate gift from Santa should be a brand-new LEGO set. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#5. UFC Flyweight champion - Deiveson FigueiredoWith a name like 'Deus Da Guerra,' which translates to 'God of War' in Portuguese, it's no secret that Figueiredo is a fan of the video game franchise. The flyweight champion even dyes his hair blonde with a red streak to mimic the protagonist of the series, Kratos. Santa should definitely gift him the latest game in the series, God of War: Ragnarok. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#6. UFC bantamweight champion - Aljamain SterlingWould an Oscar be an appropriate gift for Aljamain Sterling? We're just kidding. Perhaps a large gold chain with a studded UFC pendant would be an appropriate gift for Sterling since he's often seen sporting his bling. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#7. UFC featherweight champion - Alexander VolkanovskiAlexander Volkanovski is a fan of cooking and often posts videos of his recipes on social media. An appropriate gift for him would be a nice grill set or a nice cut of meat like the Japanese A5 Miyazaki Wagyu. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#8. UFC lightweight champion - Islam MakhachevIt's no secret that Islam Makhachev loves riding horses. Makhachev has many videos and pictures online showing his superior equestrian skills. An appropriate Christmas gift for him would be a handsome Arabian horse. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#9. UFC welterweight champion - Leon EdwardsLeon Edwards had a true 'Rocky' moment when he made one of the best comebacks over Kamaru Usman. True to his fight moniker, the moment was something straight out of the film franchise. An appropriate gift would be a box-set of the Rocky film franchise for Christmas; just the first two movies, though. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#10. UFC middleweight champion - Alex PereiraAlex Pereira's lineage can be traced back to the Pataxó tribe of Brazil’s indigenous people. The newly minted middleweight champion has been embracing his roots and showing us videos of him partaking in the rituals of his culture. He's excellent at shooting arrows, so it makes sense for Santa to bestow 'Poatan' with an archery set. Either that or a hunting trip with Joe Rogan would also work. Let's also assume that he successfully defended his title against Glover Teixeira at UFC 282. What would be an appropriate gift for the Czech fighter? Since he was tested a ridiculous 64 times by USADA in 2022, an exemption from testing in 2023 would be an appropriate gift for Procházka. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post#12. UFC heavyweight champion - Francis NgannouFrancis Ngannou had a successful title defense against Ciryl Gane at UFC 270 in January 2020. The fight with 'Bon Gamin' was also the last fight of his contract. Since then, and even prior to the fight, Ngannou has been gunning for higher pay in the organization.'The Predator' has been going back and forth with the UFC and has even opened up about his feelings of being disrespected by company president Dana White. Perhaps a seven-figure contract would be an incredible gift for the UFC heavyweight champion. View this post on Instagram Instagram Post
