Alberto de la Bella


Alberto de la Bella Madueño is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Real Sociedad as a left defender. He started off his football career at the local club UDA Gramenet. He was with the club for two years during which he appeared in 28 matches. From 2004-05 he was on loan to Espanyol B. In 2006, he was signed on by Villarreal B and played 62 matches over a period spanning two years and secured a goal to his credit. The following season he was sent to Sevilla FC in Segunda División. In the 2009 summer, de la Bella signed with Real Sociedad in the same category, as a replacement for Athletic Bilbao-bound Xabier Castillo. He was the first-choice during the league campaign. He has appeared in 85 matches overall and scored one goal. He also plays for his Catalonian National team.
