Andrew Davies: A Brief Biography

Andrew John Davies is an English professional football player who plays for Bradford City as a centre back and has been capped for England at Under-21 level. Davies started his career at Middlesbrough in 2002 and made his first debut in a league cup. After that, he moved to Queens Park Rangers then Derby County on loan in the following season and signed by Southampton on an initial 3-months loan in October 2007 , where he missed few matches due to fractured cheek bone in the season 2007-08. After good performances at Southampton , he noticed by Stoke City which offered him a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee in August 2008. During a game, Davies sustained an injury , when he fell down Hartlepool dugout however, he did not play further in Stoke Campaign. On May 24th 2012, John Davies signed a permanent contract with Bradford City on a one year deal, before this contract he previously played for various teams and club on loan.
