Antonio Rukavina Biography

Antonio Rukavina is a Serbian football right-back player who currently plays for Real Valladolid. He started his football career at FK Bežanija, by an impressive form eventually became team captain and transferred to FK Partizan in January 2007. Thereafter, he moved to German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund for a fee of €2.5m in the year 2008 and spend one year with the club. In the following Antonio loaned to TSV 1860 Munchen until the end of the season and permanently moved with Sven Bender to 1860 Munich and stayed three-years ,after released from 1860 Munich club , soon he moved to the Spanish side Real Valladolid who recently won promotion to La Liga. Though he was a part of the Serbian national team after being called up from the U21 team and the Serbian 23-man squad at the FIFA World Cup 2010.
