Błażej Augustyn is a Polish football player who currently plays for Calcio Catania. He started his football career at Bolton Wanderers along with Legia Warsaw in 2007,which he signed a four-year contract at the age of nineteen whereas he made just four team appearances. In the following year he moved on loan to Rimini Calcio , where he played only limited games by suffering from a knee injury. However, Błażej Augustyn joined with Serie A side Calcio Catania a four year deal contract in June 2009. Throughout pre-season, he won with Catania the inaugural Dahlia Cup mini-tournament, playing on opposite Cagliari and Fiorentina. He made his official debut against Cremonese in Coppa Italia and made ten league appearances, admitted six in the starting eleven, before his season was abbreviate by a knee injury in April 2010. Finally he signed on loan to Vicenza Calcio in Serie B in August 2011 as well as he played at Under-21 level.
