Bongani Khumalo: A Brief Biography

Bongani Sandile Khumalo is a South African football player who plays for Greek side PAOK and South Africa as a centre back. He began his football career at University of Pretoria in 2005, where he made 50 appearances along with he joined with Supersport United, there he spent only three years and moved to Tottenham Hotspur for a fee of £1.5 million in a January 2011. Thereafter, Khuamalo played on loan Preston North End and Reading during the season 2011-12 where he played only limited games and appearances. Finally Bongani signed with the Greek club PAOK on loan for a one year in July 2012. Although, he has international career , his named in the South African division for the 2009 Confederations Cup and 2010 FIFA World Manzini, Swaziland Cup as well as Bongani Khumalo scored the first goal against France in their World Cup campaign in June 2010.
