Jaroslaw Jach

Jarosław Przemysław Jach is a Polish professional footballer who plays for Premier League club Crystal Palace. Born on 17th February 1994, Jach prefers the center back position and can occasionally play at the left back position. The left-footed player has made 2 appearances for the Poland National Football team and uses his tall physique to bully away the forwards. Jach is valued at € 2 Million in January 2018 by Crystal Palace.

Background

Born in Bielawa, Poland, Jach started his career in a local club Pogoń Pieszyce before moving to Lechia Dzierżoniów in 2009. In 2011 he was penned his first professional contract with the club after coming through the ranks of the youth setup.

Debut

At Lechia Dzierżoniów, Jach became an integral part of the team that he was made the captain of the club and started taking free kicks for the club. His 3-year stint at the fourth tier club constituted of 20 appearances with a goal for the club.It was followed by a move to top tier club Zaglebie Lubin in the summer of 2014.

He made his debut for the club on 27th May 2014 as a 76th minute in a 2-0 away defeat with both goals concede after the introduction of the debutant to Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biala in the league.

On 10th November 2017, Jach made his debut at the friendly against Uruguay for the Polish national football team in a 0-0 draw.

Rise to glory

However, Zagłębie Lubin were relegated at the end of the season. In the second division, Jach was used more often and rose with his team back to the Ekstraklasa. From the season 2015/2016, he became an important player for the player by making 17 appearances and scored twice that season.

The following two seasons saw him make 44 appearances for the club and scoring twice In 2015–16 season, he scored his first goal in a 2-1 win over Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała on 22nd November 2015 and helped his side finish third that season.

He was sold to Crystal Palace for a reported € 2,75 Million on 23rd January 2018 and is yet to make an appearance for the Premier League club.

Club career

Jaroslaw Jach began his career with Lechia Dzierżoniów in the third division Polish football league where he spent three seasons making 20 appearances. It was followed by a move to Zaglebie Lubin in 2014 where his five-season stay with the season 78 appearances and scoring 4 goals in the first and second division. He was then transferred to Premier League club Crystal Palace on January 2018 for a fee of € 2,75 Million.
