Jesus Gamez

Jesus Gamez Duarte is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Malaga CF. His profile is that of a right defender. Gámez first appeared professionally with Málaga CF\'s B-side during 2003–04\'s second division, and helped it retain its status during three seasons. However, midway through the 2005–06 campaign, he was promoted to the first team, making his La Liga debut on 27 November 2005.Gámez was made Málaga\'s captain in the 2011 summer, after the retirement of veteran goalkeeper Francesc Arnau. On 29 January 2012 he made his 200th league appearance for the club, playing one minute in a local derby against Sevilla FC. On 15 May 2012, Gámez extended his link with Málaga until June 2016.
