Yohan Cabaye is a French international footballer who plays for the French national team and the English club Newcastle United in the Premier League. A box-to-box midfielder, Cabaye employs excellent vision, great ball control and has sound technical quality. He is famous for his penalty kicks. Cabaye embarked on his football career by joining his hometown club Tourcoing FC at the age of five. After seven years of vigorous training with the academy, he joined Lille. The following season, he became a regular starter and led his team to victory in the 2004 UEFA Intertoto Cup. Cabaye gradually developed in to a playmaker and scored an astounding 15 goals from the midfield position in the 2009-2010 season - his professional best to date. In the June of 2011, Cabaye joined English club Newcastle United on a five-year deal.
