Younes Kaboul: A Brief Biography
Younes Kaboul is a French football player who plays centre back for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. Kaboul began his career at Auxerre and soon came to be regarded as the team\'s \'backbone\' due to his excellent tackling skills, good judgment and strength. He scored a few key goals that clinched wins for the club and won the Coupe de France. In 2007, Kaboul signed up with Tottenham Hotspur , after which he joined Portsmouth on a four year contract. He quickly became a crowd favourite, winning them over with his power and aggression on the pitch. In 2010, Tottenham Hotspur announced that Kaboul would be rejoining the club for an undisclosed fee, reported to be around £9.5 million.
