The rapper, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams II, has dissed multiple individuals on the track, one of whom netizens speculated was former U.S. president Barack Obama.

The assumption concerning the former president started making the rounds after X page @Kurrco posted a list of people Thug has dissed on Closing Arguments.

Multiple netizens seconded the X user's comment assumption. However, Thug dissed his YSL associate on the leaked track and not former president Barack Obama.

Young Thug's name has constantly been in the news for some time, owing to the leaked prison calls and an interrogation clip from the time of his YSL RICO trial. In the interrogation clip, Thug took Peewee Roscoe's name among other artists, resulting in receiving backlash from netizens as well as rappers like 6ix9ine. For the unversed, Peewee Roscoe is the YSL associate accused of shooting at Lil Wayne's tour bus in 2015.

Furthermore, in a recently leaked prison call with his girlfriend, Mariah The Scientist, Young Thug made negative comments on female rapper GloRilla's appearance. During the jail call, Jeffery expressed discontent over GloRilla's comparison to Rihanna, stating:
