18-year-old TikToker who goes by Mizzy a.k.a. @secretmizzy, infamous for his prank videos, was arrested Monday evening on, May 22, 2023. The arrest comes after he shared several "vile" prank videos including stealing a woman's dog, jumping into random cars, and ripping books in a library.

According to a statement by the Metropolitan Police, Mizzy was arrested following an investigation on the "suspicion of causing public nuisance" and added that he remained in custody. The arrest comes on the heels of his last prank in which he walked into a stranger's home uninvited in London, causing a mass backlash against the teenager.

According to British influencer Oil London, Mizzy surrendered to the law enforcement authorities and is being held at the Bethnal Green Police Station. Chief Superintendent James Conway of the Central East Command Unit said:

"'I do not underestimate the widespread upset, distress and concern that these videos caused."

His other pranks included harassing women who were waiting for a train, an elderly woman who was walking her dog at the park, and riding an e-bike through a Sainsbury's grocery store while security guards chase him. In his recent video, the TikToker is seen harassing a Jewish man who looks distraught.

As the video went viral, internet users were left horrified and many lashed out at Mizzy for tormenting people.

"How has he not been charged?": Netizens demand harsh action against Mizzy for prank videos

As his prank video went viral, enraged Twitterati was quick to slam the Tiktoker for his callous and anti-Semitic behavior. Many questioned why he was not arrested yet and added that he needs to be imprisoned for bullying and trespassing.

Some even commented that the 18-year-old's parents should also be held accountable for letting such acts go unpunished.

Before surrendering, Mizzy shared a social media post stating he would be appearing on Piers Morgan's show on Tuesday, May 23

As investigations are underway, the TikTok account associated with the 18-year-old has been taken down as it breached the video-sharing platform's terms of service.

Prior to his arrest, he claimed he is due to appear on Piers Morgan Uncensored today evening. However, this remains to be confirmed.

In his last statement, the TikToker stated that several other content creators have shared similar prank videos however, he is being targeted "because he is a black male doing these things."
