On November 2, 2023, Kim Taehyung of BTS sent the ARMY into a frenzy with a captivating retro-style appearance in collaboration with the renowned brand CELINE. These images are part of the CELINE portrait shoot featured in L'Officiel Hommes Malaysia's men's fashion and lifestyle Instagram catalog posted via their social media handles.
In these pictures, V exudes a classic retro charm reminiscent of a 1960s screen hero. Many other renowned publications also bagged the opportunity of posting this series of V's photos.

V's distinct facial structure and features have always appeared to be a natural match for classic and period-style aesthetics, a sentiment widely shared among BTS fans. Nearly a year ago, during a series of individual photoshoots featuring every BTS member, V was assigned the evocative theme of a bygone era. The photos showcased him in elegant classic blazer suits and regal horse riding prince outfits, a portrayal that perfectly highlighted his affinity for period aesthetics.
As the brand ambassador of CELINE, V has embodied many looks and outfits over the past one year. However, this time, the brand served a look of the star that the fans had been waiting to see again.
According to CELINE’s own tweet, V’s outfit was precisely made of classic CELINE leather and featured the CELINE Classic Biker Jacket, CELINE jewellery, CELINE necklace and photography and styling by Hedi Slimane in Paris.
