Episode 7 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which aired on Bravo on Monday, May 22, featured another engine problem for the crew. Just 30 minutes after the new charter guests boarded the boat, the yacht stopped running. The new guests, Jim Blumenthal and his friends, were very disappointed when smoke started to come from the engine and Chief Engineer Colin Macrae noticed that there were drops of oil on the floor, which meant that one of the parts was broken inside the machine.

This is not the first time that the cast is facing some serious mechanical problems related to the engine. In the season premiere, the engine was filled with water and the experts asked for several weeks to repair and reconstruct the yacht. Just like the last time, Colin came to the rescue as he figured out the problem without the help of any repairmen.

He asked the captain to purchase a new Turbo Charger Shaft for a C30 caterpillar as the old one could not compress the air stuck in it. Colin knew that there was a shortage of parts all over the globe and got lucky after captain Glenn found a contact from another country, who shipped out the product via a plane. Glenn did not take much time to fix up the turbo into the engine on his own.

He even advised the captain on how to check if the issue was solved. After some more smoke emerged, the engine restarted without any issues and the guests were able to sail happily in the waters.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans were impressed by Colin's quick thinking and skills, labeling him as the MVP of the season.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans love to see Colin work

Even in the first episode, Colin effortlessly fixed the engine issues despite the repairman's advice that they needed to reconstruct the whole machine. Captain Glenn praised Colin's work and said that the charter was successful because of him.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans could not stop crushing over Colin as he fixed the engine. Fans also cannot wait to see the interaction between him and chief stew Daisy in the next episode, as shown in the preview.

Colin and Daisy got into an argument in the previous episode

In episode 6, Daisy got overwhelmed with the guests' demands and captain Glenn asked her to do her work "smartly" in a meeting. This made her cry and Colin explained to her that it was nothing "personal" but a "constructive criticism" for everyone.

Daisy refused to talk to Colin but according to next week's preview, they will get intimate behind Gary's back.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht airs on Bravo every Monday at 8 pm ET.
