As the camera moves away from Obsidian Memorial Park, we see that the city is filled with buildings and companies owned by Hargreeves. In the highest skyscraper, you will find Reginald, who overlooks the city. A curly blond-haired woman approaches him and takes his hand. The female is Abigail Hargreeves, the "most precious thing in this universe" that Reg sent Luther to protect the moon. In a sequence of Luther's flashback, on the moon at the beginning of episode 9, Luther encounters a forcefield. What he doesn't understand is that across that force field lies Abigail, frozen in the cryogenic room. Abigail was briefly presented in season 1 in a flashback as the beloved wife of Reginald. now long dead, and obviously a turning point in Reg's story.
Reggie said to his "children" that the whole point of their mission was to reset the universe, but it looks like her plan from the beginning - the very reason he adopted and strictly coached exactly seven superpowerful children, seven "bells" - it wasn't just about restoring the universe, it was about getting Abigail back with that.
