#1: Jeff Cobb was revealed to be a new member of Chris Jericho's Inner Circle
Jon Moxley and Santana faced each other in the main event this week. As expected, Moxley came out on top. But the rest of The Inner Circle immediately jumped Moxley after the match.
Earlier, Chris Jericho announced that he had a hired assassin who is set to take on Moxley next week. Jeff Cobb would be the one to fill that role.
This was an unpredictable decision that surprised everyone last night. After the main event, Cobb would come out to beat down an already broken Jon Moxley.
The show ended with The Inner Circle - along with their newest addition, Jeff Cobb - posing in front of Jon Moxley's limp body. Just when people thought that Moxley succeeded in making a dent against AEW's top heel faction, Jericho introduced a brand new member to his pack.
As a "hired assassin", Cobb may have a similar role to that of Jake Hager, but if that is the case, you can expect some roles to change along the next few weeks.
