image via sescoops.comThe Harris brothers have continued to leave their mark in wrestling now as producers for GFW/Impact wrestling. The Harris brothers competed in WWE on two separate occasions. The first time around the twins were known as Jacob and Eli Blu. If fans didn't recognize them during their second tenure that would be understandable. As the Blu brothers, they had long, curly hair, and wore clothing that was a tan, canvas-like fabric, suggesting they were men that lived in the mountains were rugged because of it.
With them being twins and nearly seven feet in height, the intimidation factor was evident. In their second go-round, their look changed, as they aligned with Crush as a part of the Disciples of Apocalypse. During that time they had shaved heads and were dressed as members of a motorcycle gang. After retiring from the ring in 2003, Don Harris began working backstage for Impact/GFW as a production manager, and in 2016 his brother Ron adopted the same route.

As a wrestling enthusiast for over 30 years, my fondness for professional wrestling explores the irrational in a rational way. I will explore the details inside and outside the ring and hopefully have a laugh with you in the process. I've had the fortune to interview wrestlers from Lucha Underground, TNA, Ring of Honor, GFW and former WWE talent as well.
