Every match expected or announced for AEW's 'Double or Nothing' show so far

Double or Nothing is set to have some huge matches!
Double or Nothing is set to have some huge matches!

AEW had some huge announcements during their 'Double or Nothing Rally' in Jacksonville, and some even more huge announcements for the 'Double or Nothing Ticket Party' in Las Vegas, the location of their first big show, aptly titled 'Double or Nothing'.

After their two announcement events, their roster has started to take shape, which means that the matches we might see take place at 'Double or Nothing' have also started to take shape, with a few of them even getting officially announced during the Ticket Party.

So, without further ado, who will the likes of Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Chris Jericho, Adam 'Hangman' Page and Brandi Rhodes be facing in Las Vegas for 'Double or Nothing'. Let's find out!

#1 Adam 'Hangman' Page vs. Pac

Pac and Adam 'Hangman' Page face-to-face

This match was the obvious one as it was the only match where the seeds were sewn during the AEW Rally in January. Adam 'Hangman' Page was giving a speech about how he wanted to be the first AEW World Champion and the former WWE star Pac interrupted.

The same thing happened during the Double or Nothing Ticket Party with Page once again talking up his desire to be the first AEW Title holder, when Pac interrupted again, this time via satellite.

It seems that we're going to be treated to a truly great singles match between these two highly talented wrestlers and it's likely it's going to be to crown the first major singles title holder in the new promotion.

If anyone is looking at this and they aren't expecting it to steal the show, may I suggest that you reevaluate your opinions on wrestling and the talents of Page and Pac, because this match is going to absolutely steal the show.

#2 The Young Bucks vs. Lucha Bros

This will be a magnificent tag-team clash!
This will be a magnificent tag-team clash!

Sorry, did I say that Adam 'Hangman' Page vs Pac would steal the show? I did and I was mistaken. Obviously, a tag-team clash between two of the best tag-teams in the world today, The Young Bucks and the Lucha Bros will steal the show.

This match first became a possibility in AEW when The Young Bucks turned up at an independent wrestling show and propositioned Fenix and Pentagon, leading to a handshake agreement between the two teams.

The Bucks might regret their decision though as Pentagon and Fenix crashed the Double or Nothing Ticket Party and attacked Matt and Nick Jackson. Leading to what is possibly going to be the main event of 'Double or Nothing'.

#3 SCU vs. StrongHearts

As much as the Young Bucks vs. Lucha Bros will be incredible, it would be foolish to write off SCU Vs. StrongHearts as a potential for best tag-team match of 'Double or Nothing' as its set to be a real coming out party for CIMA and his boys against the likes of Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky.

Above is a video of the StrongHearts just in case you don't believe me when I say this match will be great. I mean, of course, it will be great, that's exactly why Christopher Daniels and company took the opportunity at the Double or Nothing Ticket Party to challenge CIMA and make it happen!

#2 Kylie Rae vs. Nyla Rose

Will we get a David Vs. Goliath story in the AEW Women's Division?
Will we get a David Vs. Goliath story in the AEW Women's Division?

This match wasn't announced, but following the confrontation between two of AEW's newest additions to its Women's Roster at the Ticket Party, it seems like a distinct possibility that we'll see one of women's wrestling's most underrated talents in Kylie Rae taking on the relatively unknown Nyla Rose.

That being said there are several women in the division without obvious matches for 'Double or Nothing' like Britt Baker, newly announced Yuka Sakazaki and Aja Kong, Penelope Ford and even Brandi Rhodes herself. So, given that the above matchup isn't set in stone, we could end up with anything!

#1 Chris Jericho vs. Kenny Omega 2

The two do battle yet again!
The two do battle yet again!

The two Canadians from Winnipeg tore the house down at Wrestle Kingdom 12 over a year ago and people have been clamouring for a rematch between the two ever since. Those people had their wish granted when Kenny Omega officially announced he had signed with AEW and was then immediately confronted by Chris Jericho.

It's not official yet, but it's all but guaranteed. Especially as the two men immediately came to blows after coming face to face and Chris Jericho had to be dragged away so that Omega could finish his speech. To add insult to injury Omega even wore Jericho's hat for the rest of it. If that's not a crime worthy of setting up a match at 'Double or Nothing' I don't know what is.
