All Elite Wrestling held another special event tonight at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Elite and Tony Khan hosted the Double or Nothing Ticket Party, giving fans a chance to experience special announcements live.

Rumors have run rampant over the past few months, with speculation that the Best Bout Machine would finally sign on and join The Young Bucks, Cody, and Hangman Page in the upstart company. With AEW teasing a huge signing tonight, fans almost certainly knew that he would make his appearance at some point in the night.

Who would show up tonight? What steps will AEW take to bring fans the best wrestling show in the world?

AEW joins hands with Lucha Libre AAA

All Elite Wrestling already had a pretty solid, if small roster on their hands prior to today. With Chris Jericho and Pac already joining a crew that included The Elite, SoCal Uncensored, and Britt Baker, AEW has been loaded down with stars of today and tomorrow.

However, the up-and-coming company made a huge announcement prior to their Ticket Party today, revealing that they had joined up with AAA.

A tweet from AEW's official page revealed a video of the GM of AAA, Dorian Roldán, who congratulated the Young Bucks, Tony Kahn, and Cody on the promotion. He then announced that AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide would team up with AAA to bring some of the greatest high flying Lucha Libre action to an even bigger audience.

Stars like Psycho Clown, La Parka, and Drago were shown in the video, and it looks like All Elite Wrestling has made a huge step in capturing an important audience in the world of professional wrestling; the Lucha Libre fanbase.

Cody would also talk about their partnership during the Ticket Party, claiming that their goals are the same, to provide the best pro-wrestling show on the planet.

Back in January, Cody, the Young Bucks, and all of AEW revealed that their first show would be coming in only a few short months. And with the build that we saw tonight, it's shaping up to be an incredible PPV event.

AEW Double or Nothing will kick off at the MGM Grand Arena on May 25th. It will feature all members of The Elite, Chris Jericho, members of Oriental Wrestling Entertainment and AAA, and a huge name revealed later on in the night. So far, the card only has one match set, but by the time we get there, there's no telling how incredible the card will look.

Cody came out to "ticket" chants and proceeded to reveal that eager fans could sign up for the presale of tickets as early as tonight on the official All Elite Wrestling website. The sign-ups will close on February 10th at 7 PM PST, and the official presale will begin on February 11th at 12 PM PST. Presale codes will be sent out between 9 AM PT and 12 PM PT.

Adam Page vs. Pac at Double or Nothing

Adam "Hangman" Page came out to address the Las Vegas crowd. Page said that he got a little ahead of himself back in January, and was interrupted by Pac before he could finish what he stated. Page said that, again, his goal is to be the first All Elite Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.

During the Double or Nothing Rally in Orlando, Florida, Pac sized up Page in front of the crowd. Though he said nothing, the Open the Dream Gate Champion definitely left the fans with goosebumps, hinting at a future showdown between himself and the Hangman.

Page was again interrupted by Pac, just like he was at the Rally back in January. This time, via satellite, but an interruption nonetheless. Pac said that he planned on humbling the arrogant, and his first target would be Page.

Pac said that by the time he was finished humiliating Page, he'll want nothing more than to ride off into the sunset, never to be seen again. Page replied, saying that Pac was doing what he does best, sitting at home.

Page then dubbed the match "The Bastard vs The Hangman."

Wrestling fans have felt that tag team wrestling as a whole has kind of been placed on the back burner in many companies. Especially in bigger ones like the WWE, fans feel that talented tag teams are heavily underutilized.

Matt and Nick Jackson addressed the landscape of tag team wrestling across the world, saying that it's kind of difficult to find good tag team wrestling, if any, on Television anymore.

The Bucks believed that tag team wrestling can main event a show. The Bucks also stated that they were the best tag team in the world.

After hyping up the crowd, hoping to change the world's view on tag team wrestling, the Bucks then introduced one of the newest tag teams coming to AEW, Best Friends Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta.

Chuckie T and Trent Beretta claimed that they were here to change the world through the power of friendship (and tag team wrestling). They hugged and left, leaving the microphones to the Bucks, who thanked the crowd for showing up. Before they could leave, they were met by the Lucha Bros., Fenix and Pentagon Jr.

In a recent episode of Being the Elite, the Bucks challenged the former Lucha Underground Champions to a match in the near future. Tonight, they answered the challenge.

They attacked Matt and Nick, leaving them out on the ground as they challenged them to a match at Double or Nothing. Fenix and Pentagon Jr. believed that they were the best team in the world, even the universe, and they may prove it in May.

Kenny Omega joins AEW, confronted by Chris Jericho

It was revealed after Wrestle Kingdom 13 that Kenny Omega was leaving New Japan Pro Wrestling. The former IWGP World Champion had two paths he could take at that moment. He could join his friends in AEW and build something from the ground up, or he could go to the WWE, a road he was seemingly destined for.

After months of speculation, it was finally revealed that Kenny Omega was joining his Elite brothers in All Elite Wrestling. Omega announced that he had just "put pen to paper" this morning, and had signed on full time with the company. Not only that, but he is an Executive Vice President as well.

Omega said that the journey to this moment began back in 2016 when he and the Young Bucks called themselves The Elite. Sadly, in order to continue their journey, their time in Japan had to come to an end. Omega promised to give fans something different.

He tried to explain what he meant when he said he wanted to change the world. He said that the fans proved they knew what he meant when they sold out All In last summer. Today, with AEW, he hoped the fans would join him again in trying to change the world.

At that moment, Chris Jericho came out and confronted Omega. After a brief staredown, fists went flying. They were immediately pulled apart by Rhodes, Daniels, and the rest of the crew.
