Wrestlemania 34: Who will win, who should win, and what it means for the wrestling world.

<p>

The biggest show of the year is days away. Who will emerge triumphant, and more importantly, who should?

With the Wrestlemania card finally nailed down, rumors of who might return have been replaced with speculation as to who the winners and losers will be.

In a stacked card from top to bottom, there seems to be a lot of variety for the discerning wrestling fan. Are you more into the drama of Ronda Rousey and the Authority, or are you a wrestling purist for whom AJ vs. Nakamura is a dream come true?

Without further ado, let's take a look at the card.

#1 Andre the Giant memorial battle royal

<p>

The past winners have been underwhelming, and the biggest names entered this year are from the tag team ranks.

Simply put, this will be a filler and an excuse to give more Superstars a WrestleMania appearance. The Revival will possibly win, but whomever does so shouldn't expect much of a push after 'Mania.

#2 Women's Battle Royal

<p>

The first ever Women's Royal Rumble Match was criticized for a slow start and much time spent outside of the ring.

This year, expect this match to try and make up for that, though it will still be filler. With all the criticism WWE received for initially naming the battle royal after controversial figure Fabulous Moolah, the winner will probably get a small push after 'Mania just to change the narrative of this drama.

#3 Usos vs New Day vs Bludgeon Brothers--Smackdown Tag team championships.

Enter ca

The Usos and the New Day have been passing the tag titles back and forth for a while now, and quite frankly while their matches have been stellar the whole thing is getting a little stale.

Expect to see the new element added into the mix, the Bludgeon Brothers, walk away with the gold and enjoy a post-Mania run.

#4 Cedric Alexander vs Mustafa Ali--WWE Cruiserweight Championship

<p>

With former champ and fired superstar Enzo Amore's cloud of controversy hanging over 205 Live, this match has to deliver on a lot of levels.

Fortunately, both men are fantastic athletes and wrestlers, and the in-ring action in this match will likely top anything else for the rest of the show that doesn't involve AJ/Nakamura. Veteran Cedric is more likely to walk away the champion, but don't count out Ali.

#5 Alexa Bliss vs Nia Jax--WWE Raw Women's championship

<p>

It's Frenemy vs Frenemy as the longtime allies and Total Divas stars face off on the grandest stage of them all for the Raw Women's Championship belt.

Alexa Bliss has enjoyed a long reign, and expect a body positive Nia to walk away with the title some say would be inevitably hers.

#6 Braun Strowman and a mystery partner vs The Bar--Raw Tag Team Championships

<p>

The Bar finally made it to the main card of a pay per view, and they have a major challenge ahead in Braun Strowman and whoever he ends up with as a partner.

Rumors have been debunked of possible partners for Strowman, such as Rey Misterio (torn biceps) and Dean Ambrose (still not medically cleared.) But the most likely choice will be the man Strowman has feuded with for most of the year; Elias Samson. Expect odd couple Braun and mystery guest to walk out with the gold.

#7 Randy Orton vs Bobby Roode vs. Jinder Mahal vs. Rusev--US Title

<p>

Rusev was added to this match at the 11th hour, making it a fatal four-way. Rumors say it is because of his high merch sales and social media following.

Since Rusev was added almost at the last moment, he is not likely to walk out with the belt. Of all the participants, only Jinder Mahal would benefit from a US title reign, and he is a likely candidate to win.

#8 The Miz vs. Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor--Intercontinental championship.

<p>

This match seems to be something of a head scratcher. The Miz is solidly a heel, Finn Balor is sort of in between face and bad guy status, and Seth Rollins has turned so many times fans are likely confused as to where he stands these days.

Expect the Miz to retain his title, just because this angle seems to be going nowhere.

#9 Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon vs. Kami (Kevin Owens and Sammi Zayne)

<p>

In a match that has been brewing for as long as the brand split, Smackdown's two bosses take on the semi-comedic duo of Kami.

Let's face facts; Ticket sales increased when Daniel Bryan was announced as a wrestling participant in Wrestlemania 34. There's little chance he will lose his first match back in so very long.

#10 Charlotte Flair vs Asuka--Smackdown Women's championship

<p>

It's a battle of former NXT standouts as the Natural Charlotte Flair takes on Japanese buzzsaw Asuka.

Most likely, Asuka's streak will continue and she will defeat Flair. With a whole new roster of women to chew through, Asuka will enjoy a tidy reign as Smackdown Women's champion.

#11 Kurt Angle/Ronda Rousey vs Stephanie/HHH

<p>

It's the debut match of former MMA champ Rousey, who looks to silence critics with her performance.

There's not a snowball's chance in hell that Rousey isn't winning her first ever match!

#12 AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura--Smackdown Championship

<p>

The King of Strong Style meets the Phenomenal one in a contest that has dream match written all over it.

The two have clashed before, but never on so grand a stage. Expect two things; A five-star match that leaves you breathless, and a victory by the incredibly, profoundly popular Nakamura.

#13 Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar--WWE Universal Title

<p>

Everything old is new again as fans are once again treated to Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar for the Universal title.

This one is a hard sell, and the WWE knows it. Roman Reigns is a polarizing figure, and it's well known that Brock Lesnar's contract is up after Mania and he has teased an MMA return.

With these things in mind, expect WWE to double down on Reigns. He will likely win in decisive fashion and take Brock's Universal championship away from him.

There you have it; Wrestlemania 34's projected winners and losers.
