Triple H is the most successful superstar in the company when it comes to Hell in a Cell matches in the WWE.

The former bodybuilder entered in 9 Hell in a Cell matches, coming out in 6 of them as the winner.

Among these 6 wins, included 3 Championship matches win with 2 being for the WWF Championship and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The other being WWE Tag Team Championship with D-Generation X.

#2 Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels has been in 4 Hell in a Cell matches with 3 wins to his name.

Michaels defeated The Undertaker in his first Hell in a Cell match, Badd Blood then and later, went on to win two Tag Team Championships with Triple H (D-Generation X).

His singles match, with Triple H, with a duration of 47:26 minutes, remains as the longest ever contested match, till date in the history of Hell in a Cell.

#3 The Undertaker

The Undertaker has entered the demonic structure, called Hell in a Cell 12 times, coming out victorious in 6 of them with one match ending in a no contest.

The Undertaker defeated Triple H in his last Hell in a Cell match in WrestleMania 28 with Shawn Michaels as the Guest Referee.

Interestingly, to everyone’s surprise, The Deadman, when it comes to winning Championships inside the Cell, managed to win just a solitary WWE World HeavyWeight Championship, losing out 4 championship matches.

#4 Batista

Dave Batista has been in 2 Hell in a Cell matches, coming out victorious in both.

Both the times, he went inside as the Champion and successfully managed to his championship against Triple H and The Undertaker.

All of his 2 matches were for the World HeavyWeight Championship.

#5 Randy Orton

Randy Orton won 3, out of his 6 Hell in a Cell matches.

He win consisted of 2 WWE Championships and a singles Hell in a Cell match for the vacant WWE Championship with special guest referee Shawn Michaels.
