5 WWE stars who should quit the WWE

Cameron is suited to modelling or singing

It’s time to walk out!You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself as a villain. This quote has a huge significance in all the professional fields and wrestling is no different. Over the course of history, we’ve seen superstars fall off the mountain just because they hang in too long and this is a list that keeps on growing.Even today, there is a list of superstars in the WWE roster that should think about quitting the company. Now, to make matters clear, as a fan or a writer, I’m not in a position to say to these wrestlers that they should hang up their boots and stop what they love and this list is a strict personal opinion. With that said, here are some of those superstars who should think about quitting the company.

#5 Cameron

Cameron is suited to modelling or singing

At one point of time, the fans used to bombard WWE with criticism for hiring models instead of women wrestlers. This criticism, in turn, has hurt the divas that came from a modeling background. Cameron suffered from such a problem.

Cameron, from the looks of it, was never suited to be in the ring and was better off as a model or a singer.

Cameron has been missing from the main roster for quite some time now but showed up in NXT recently. With so much talent in the divas division, it would be hard for Cameron to make a mark with the skill set that she possess. So it would be better if she pursues other ventures rather than sticking around in WWE.

#4 Mark Henry

Glory days are far behind

Mark Henry is a legend, period. There are no arguments about this. He has been in the company for a long time now and is a sure shot Hall of Famer when he hangs up his boots.

With that said, Henry’s current position in the company is not something that he would be happy about. The booking that WWE gives him is absolutely inconsistent and this has hurt his chances of a final revival.

Henry is no longer taken seriously by the WWE fans making it the right time for him to try something different. Henry could either retire from in-ring competition, or he could simply step into the independent circuit and have a great run there before quitting.

#3 Zack Ryder

He could capitalize on the fan following

Zack Ryder is one of those underused talents in the WWE roster. Zack might not be a standout technician or a high flier, but he does know how to get the crowd going. Zack, who has a cult following among the internet fan base, is simply being wasted by WWE right now.

Alternatively, if Zack decides to quit the company and go for a ride in the independent circuit, he could get some quality ring time along with good money.

Zack could make a return to WWE after proving his worth out there. Ethan Carter III is someone from which Zack could draw inspiration. He was in a similar situation and decided to take the leap. It paid off and he is currently recognized a standout wrestler for TNA.

#2 Alex Riley

Alex Riley deserves better

Alex Riley has a similar situation to that of Zack. Although Riley does not have the fan following that Zack has, he is talented. For one reason or the other, WWE kept Riley away from the ring for a long time.

This kickstarted the Free Riley campaign on Twitter, which apparently was started by Riley himself. He did get some air time on NXT in 2016 after his surgery but someone like Riley deserves better.

The independent wrestling promotion will welcome Riley with warm hands and if wrestling is what he wants to do, it would be the best possible decision.

#1 Big Show

Victim of bad booking

The prime days of Big Show are far behind. Too many turns and bad booking have made Big Show into a joke among the fans and booking him in random matches to put over new talent at this point of his career simply does not make sense.

For a wrestler who has won almost all the championships that WWE has to offer, Big Show was treated awfully by WWE.

Of course, the days of monster wrestlers are far behind but it didn’t mean that WWE could simply make a joke out such a legendary figure. Show has not much to achieve in the WWE and it would be better if he quit for a career in acting or something of similar sorts.
