#1 Victor Valdes
The ex-Barcelona player is first on our list and is one of the star players to be available for free in the transfer market. The Spainard told the club officials he wouldn’t renew the contract way back in 2013 and it paved the way for Barcelona to sign the Chilean Claudio Bravo and young German Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Currently, the best centre back free agent, who can give solid performances for a year or two as he is aged 34. He can be signed for lower league clubs easily.

Tomasz Kuszczak was more of an understudy during his Manchester United days and grabbed the chance to sign with Brighton and Hove Albion to be their No.1 keeper. Ex-Arsenal and Atletico Madrid player, Fran Merida was a wonderkid few seaons back, but didn’t live upto his hype with the clubs as he was left to loan most times. The nomadic Defensive midfielder played for a number of clubs in France beofer signing with West Ham United. He can be a solid addition for your team, but is very aggressive and can sometimes earn straight red cards for his reckless tackles. However, he has a vast experience playing for top clubs like Olympique Marsielle, Bayern Munich and Liverpool and will be useful for any side.
The Atletico Madrid youth product last played for Catania before being released form his club. The young Spainard is an out-and-out winger who is capable of playing in both flanks.
