The Indian-Romanian duo of Rohan Bopanna and Florin Mergea will take on the Canadian-French pair of Daniel Nestor and Edouard Roger-Vasselin in the 3rd round match at the 2015 US Open.

The number 6 seeded Indo-Romanian pair progressed through to round 3 with comfortable straight set victories over the doublet of Austin Krajicek/Nicholas Monroe(6-3,6-4) in the first round and the pair of Mariusz Fyrstenberg/Santiago Gonzalez(6-3,7-6) in the second round, while the Canadian-French duo also won their matches without dropping a set against Chris Guccione/Andre Sa(6-4,6-4) and Jeremy Chardy/Lukasz Kubot(6-2,7-5) in the 1st round and the 2nd round respectively.
