The fans cheer for the Monster Among Men despite the fact that he's a monster heel who victimises the top babyfaces and heel (Roman Reigns) of the company.Nobody’s been able to get a hold of what his Achilles heel is apart from Roman Reigns. All of this make him a compelling character on screen. As he defeated Roman Reigns at Great Balls Of Fire and got destroyed by The Big Dog , here are 5 Things you did not know about Braun Strowman:
#1 Strongman
Braun Strowman’s last name may have its origins from the profession that he was previously affiliated with. Strowman used to be a strongman. Like some performers presently on the roster, Strowman doesn’t have a wrestling background.
He began his wrestling career only a few years ago. Before all of that, he was a force to be reckoned with in Strongman competitions and that ain’t a shock given his intimidating build.
From 2009 to 2012 he was creating waves in this profession winning many competitions, one of them being the Arnold Amateur World Championship. Arnold being Arnold Schwarzenegger, by the way.
#2 Young wrestling career
He shifted his professional inclination from being a strongman to trying to become a wrestler and it all happened in 2013. And he just debuted a few months back in 2015.
He’s made only a handful of appearances since signing with WWE’s developmental territory in 2013. His sheer build, being 6’8 and 385 pounds obviously garnered a lot of attention.
But he’s only been part of a few dark matches and then we suddenly see him on the main roster as someone who sholdn’t be ignored.
His minimal appearances have made him even more interesting.
#3 A Rosebud
Well, he came to the main roster way before making his memorable debut as the black sheep of the Wyatt Family. He was one of Adam Rose’ partypoopers. he was a Rosebud. That isn’t something that is entirely unbelievable.
So many performers have made such blink and miss appearances. CM Punk was a part of Cena’s entourage at Wrestlemania in Chicago. Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss were besides Triple H during his spectacular entrance at Wrestlemania 30.
And Braun Strowman was carrying Adam Rose on his shoulder once upon a time. No big deal!
#4 Watch him act
So many wrestlers who come to the WWE start acting while they’re in the compnay, but not Braun Strowman. The quality isn’t really the type that WWE really goes for and it’s quite essentially short at almost 50 minutes long but well, Strowman is acting here.

The teaser is actually pretty good. And you can hear Strowman speak here and wear a Silverback top and drive a car and get into a fight. All that jazz.
#5 Hear him talk about nutrition
Well, this interview makes him obviously look much more friendly than his on screen nature. Just watch him get all excited talking about nutrition and how much he cares about keeping his body the way it is now.
His entire face lights up and he actually comes across as a good talker. How about a storyline involving a power struggle in the Wyatt Family with him and Bray? That can be interesting.
Also, you realize that he used to be 420 pounds and now he’s down to 385 pounds.
Well, this guy needs to have more interviews.
