Is Dalvin Cook capable of a ceiling performance against the Arizona Cardinals?
Is Dalvin Cook capable of a ceiling performance against the Arizona Cardinals?

Following an NFL Thursday Night victory last week, the Arizona Cardinals will look to reach .500 for the first time this season when they take on the surprising 5-1 Minnesota Vikings on Sunday (October 30).

The Cardinals benefited from the return of DeAndre Hopkins and now could do so from that of James Conner. The Vikings, meanwhile, have been playing well this season, scoring 24 points or more in every game during their four-game winning streak.

Today we look at the best DFS plays from this intriguing match-up:

NFL: Best quarterback picks

Cash Games: Kirk Cousins, QB, Minnesota Vikings (DraftKings $6.1K, FanDuel $7.8K)

Kirk Cousins will be a chalk play at his current price. Estimated at 13% ownership, Cousins is underrated on the slate, and savvy DFS players will capitalize. The Cardinals' defense has been beatable all season long, and the trend should continue.

Tournament: Kyler Murray, QB, Arizona Cardinals (DraftKings $7.5K, FanDuel $8.2K)

You will have to pay more if you want Kyler Murray in your DFS lineup. Expect around 10% ownership for Murray against a Vikings defense that has had issues in pass defense. If Murray runs a bit more in this one, the upside in play could be in a big way.

NFL: Best running back picks

Cash Games: Dalvin Cook, RB, Minnesota Vikings (DraftKings $7.6K, FanDuel $8.2K)

Dalvin Cook is the no-brainer here. The DFS slate hasn't caught up to how much upside Dalvin Cook can provide at his price. Again, we estimate around 10% ownership making him a solid player in Cash Games or Tournaments.

Tournament: Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona Cardinals (DraftKings $6K, FanDuel $7K)

Eno Benjamin is a good option in this spot. He has shown his ability as the top pass-catcher for the Cardinals out of the backfield. Benjamins' role in the Cardinals offense should only grow from here.

NFL: Wide receivers and tight ends

Cash game: Justin Jefferson, WR, Minnesota Vikings (DraftKings $9.1K, FanDuel $9K)

The Arizona Cardinals are traditionally good against top WRs, but Justin Jefferson in Cash Games is a safe option. The Vikings coaching staff does a great job of moving Jefferson around the offense and scheming him open.

Tournament: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Arizona Cardinals (DraftKings $7.4K, FanDuel $7.9K)

DeAndre Hopkins returned last week and immediately became a fantasy force. Hopkins and Kyler weren't always on the same page last week. With more consistency, some WR1 weeks are coming up.
