Best NBA Player Props for Tonight: Damian Lillard, James Harden, and Paolo Banchero

James Harden and Damian Lillard

The 2022-2023 NBA season continues on Monday (October 24th), with 16 teams slated to play. Take a look at three player props as the schedule rolls along.

NBA Player Prop #1: Damian Lillard Over 26.5 Points (-110)

Damian Lillard struggled to stay healthy in 2021-2022 and didn't look like himself. Lillard has bounced back in a major way after a rough season opener where he scored just 20 points, shooting 5-18 from the field and 1-8 from three-point range.

The Portland Trail Blazers star has scored 41 points in each of the past two games. Over that stretch, he is shooting 54% from the field and 44% from three-point range.

Lillard should have no trouble putting up points against a Denver Nuggets defense that has been among the worst in the league. The Nuggets have allowed the fifth-most points per game this season, and much of that production has come from opposing backcourts. Expect Lillard to fill it up early and often.

NBA Player Prop #2: James Harden Over 6.5 Rebounds (-140)

The Philadelphia 76ers have not been a good rebounding team in 2022-2023. They are currently averaging a league-worst 38.3 rebounds per game. The majority of that production comes from Joel Embiid and James Harden, who combine to average 21.6 rebounds per game.

Harden is yet to have a game with less than eight rebounds. Playing on a roster that doesn't consist of many good rebounders, Harden should once again pick up at least seven rebounds.

NBA Player Prop #3: Paolo Banchero Over 18.5 Points (-110)

Paolo Banchero has scored at least 20 points in each of the first three games of his NBA career. The first overall pick in the 2022 Draft has also taken at least 18 shots in each game, as the Orlando Magic have prioritized his development.

Averaging 23.3 points per game, Banchero has shown that he can fill it up at the pro level. Expect that to continue as the Magic focus on maximizing their investment by helping Banchero reach his potential.
