Best Player Props for Sunday - Colts vs. Patriots - November 6 | 2022 NFL Football Season

The Indianapolis Colts (3-4-1) will clash with the New England Patriots (4-4) on Sunday, Nov. 6.

The Colts are in the midst of a transition stage, switching to QB Sam Ehlinger last week while benching off-season acquisition Matt Ryan. Indianapolis fell to the Washington Commanders 17-16 in Ehlinger's first career start. He finished 17-of-23 for 201 yards with no scores and one turnover.

The Colts held a 16-6 lead late in the fourth before Commanders QB Taylor Heinicke marched Washington down the field on back-to-back scoring drives. The winning touchdown drive was highlighted by a miraculous 33-yard pass to Terry McLaurin with 41 seconds remaining in the game.

Meanwhile, the Patriots beat the Jets 23-17, earning Bill Belichick his 325th victory to surpass George Halas for second all-time. Jets QB Zach Wilson tossed three interceptions, while Pats kicker Nick Folk made five field goals in the win.

Mac Jones, who got benched in Week 8 for Bailey Zappe, played the entirety of the game, finishing 24-of-35 for 194 with a touchdown and a pick. Below, we'll highlight the best player props for this Sunday's showdown.

NFL Player Prop #1: New England Patriots Rhamondre Stevenson Under 78.5 Rushing Yards (-113)

Rhamondre Stevenson is a quality player, but the Colts hang their hat on stopping the run.

The budding superstar will probably still have a monster game, given his receiving ability. Still, it should be a tough day for the Patriots' running game against an Indianapolis rush defense that is fifth in the NFL in average yards per game.

Stevenson, an Oklahoma product, has failed to eclipse 76 rushing yards in all but one game this season. More importantly, his rushing attempts seem to have a cap regardless of the health of fellow running mate Damien Harris.

In a Week 6 win against the Browns, Stevenson tallied 76 rushing yards on 19 attempts, with Harris on the mend. The latter will likely miss Sunday with an illness.

NFL Player Prop #2: New England Patriots Jakobi Meyers Over 53.5 Receiving Yards (-128)

Jakobi Meyers has been a God send for the Patriots in 2022. The four-year veteran is pacing career highs in all receiving categories as Mac Jones' favorite target. His 415 receiving yards are nearly double the next-best receiver, Nelson Agholor, and his 227 yards this year.

New England will be without WR DeVonte Parker, likely increasing Meyers' target share. Meyers has surpassed 53.5 receiving yards in every game but one this season.

NFL Player Prop #3: Indianapolis Colts Michael Pittman Under 54.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Colts WR Michael Pittman is a bonafide star, but a recent change at quarterback should muddy his season outlook.

Pittman became a household name amongst football fans last season. He has continued his excellence in 2022, averaging 75.4 receiving yards per game on 51 receptions.

However, his first outing with Ehlinger last week was a mediocre performance from a Pittman standard. The standout from USC hauled in seven passes but only had 53 yards. He has failed to average over ten yards per reception for the second week in a row.

Even if Pittman can catch 5+ passes, it's no guarantee he will eclipse 54.5 yards.
