The Charlotte Hornets are taking on the Orlando Magic and the injury report for the Magic looks awful at this point with most of their top players missing. The Hornets are on a brutal eight-game losing streak and this might be their best chance to snap out of it.
The battle of the defenses is titled in favor of Charlotte here as they have allowed 112 points in their last five games while Orlando gave up 114.6 points in that same stretch.
NBA Best Team Bet #2: Los Angeles Clippers -5.5 (-110)
The Los Angeles Clippers are a team with deep resources and are on the road to take on the Houston Rockets in this game. The Clippers are 2-0 up this season against the Rockets and have won by 10 points in total, so this is going to be relatively close.
The Rockets are expected to struggle to score as shooting guard Jalen Green (shoulder) is questionable for this game and that makes things a lot more difficult for this Houston offense. The Clippers are still one of the best defenses in the NBA, so go with them to cover the spread here as well.

The Milwaukee Bucks finally lost a game after starting off 9-0 and get their chance to make amends at home against the Atlanta Hawks. The Bucks are pumped up right now but power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as probable and should be able to dominate this game should he play.
The backcourt comprising of Dejounte Murray and Trae Young is going to get some baskets, but the Bucks are second in the NBA with regard to defense for a reason. This could be a potentially close game, but the edge lies with the Milwaukee Bucks here to win the game and cover the spread, as they are 9-3 ATS thus far.
