FunPlus Phoenix Valorant Team Bio
FunPlus Phoenix (also known as FPX) is a European esports organization owned by Chinese game developer FunPlus. The organization was founded in 2017 and currently has squads in multiple games like League of Legends, COD Mobile and Valorant.
History
FPX is one of the strongest teams from the EMEA region. The team was formed in August, 2020 with a roster consisting of ANGE1, Shao, ShadoW, Meddo, Zyppan and d00mbr0s as coach on trial. They won their first major trophy in March, 2022 by becoming champions of the VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers. FPX has represented the EMEA region at an international VCT event only once so far (VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen), wherein they lifted their first major trophy.

- January 2nd - d00mbr0s extended his contract by another year.
