The semi-finals at the ITF $10K Futures event in Bhimavaram will be an all-Indian affair with all the semi-final berths being taken by local players.
Sanam Singh continues his amazing run, winning his 13th consecutive match. Singh Shuichi Sekiguchi 6-3, 6-1 and will meet 7th seed Ranjeet Virali Murugesan for a place in the final. Ranjeet beat Sarvar Ikramo 6-3, 2-6, 6-4.
Third seed Karan Rastogi had to retire due to injury in his match against unseeded Saketh Myneni. Myneni was leading 6-2, 4-1 when Rastogi could not continue and he will meet 8th seed Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan for a place in the final.
Nedunchezhiyan upset top seed Patrik Rosenholm 6-3, 6-3. Both Myneni and Jeevan had also won ITF titles last year.
