Leander Paes-Daniele Bracciali lost in the semifinal

Iron man of Indian tennis, Leander Paes and his partner Daniele Bracciali crashed out of ATP 250 Thailand Open at Bangkok.

The second seeded pair lost to third seeded British/Australian pair John Peeres and Jamie Murray by 6-3, 6-4 in the semifinal.

The match lasted for 1 hour and four minutes. The third seeded pair of Peers and Murray will now look for their third title of the tour season.

In singles event of the tournament, top seeded Czech, Tomas Berdych cruised into the semifinal.

He overcame the challenge of giant killer unseeded Yen-Hsun Lu 7-6, 6-4.

He fired 20 aces in the 1 hour and 50 minute long quarter-final encounter. Now he will face fourth seeded Frenchman Gilles Simon in the semifinal, who earlier in the day, defeated Dutchman Igor Sijsling 6-4, 5-7, 6-4.
