Serena Williams recently sent Caroline Wozniacki a Super Bowl 2023 pre-game gift box as a gesture towards their long-time friendship.

The Super Bowl game took place on Sunday, February 13, amid much excitement and fanfare. The Kansas City Chiefs triumphed over the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35, winning their second title in four seasons.

The Super Bowl game is also a grand stage for performances by artists and unveiling of commercials, often pulling in even those who may not be NFL fans.

One of the sponsors at the event was the iconic cognac brand, Remy Martin. The brand featured Serena Williams in their commercial, which aired live during the first quarter of the event.

Williams also sent Wozniacki a pre-game box containing Super Bowl merchandise from the classic luxury brand. Wozniacki soon took to social media to thank Williams for the thoughtful gift.

"Thank you @serenawilliams for my Super Bowl pregame package," she wrote.

Tennis icon Serena Williams has teamed up with the centuries-old iconic Cognac House, Remy Martin. The brand announced their alliance with the former World No. 1 in their debut commercial at the 2023 Super Bowl.

The video, titled "Inch by Inch", features Williams reciting a speech celebrating teamwork. The script stresses how success is not an individual achievement but a collective effort by an entire team.

The speech was inspired by the classic sports film Any Given Sunday by director Oliver Stone. It was originally delivered in the film by actor Al Pacino, who plays the coach of an American football team.

Williams masterfully delivers the voice-over in her own style, with visuals from an American football game, a dance troupe and chefs working in sync.

"I have always been a fan of Rémy Martin and the work they have done to amplify unique voices through collaboration. I personally resonate with the values of the House, and love that I'm able to work with a brand whose principle of teamwork and dedication are so closely aligned with my own," she said.
"I would have never been in the position I am today without the teamwork and support of everyone in my life who has empowered me to achieve my goals. My career is proof that greatness is achieved through collaboration, and I am thrilled to share that message with the world during Super Bowl LVII with Rémy Martin," she added.

Serena Williams also stated that she was a fan of the brand and was thrilled to share its values that aligned with her own.
