Charleston Open 2023: Where to watch, TV schedule, live streaming details and more

BNP Paribas Open - Day 8
Can Ons Jabeur go one better this time around in Charleston?

The clay season on the WTA tour commences with the Credit One Charleston Open, set to be held in Charleston, USA, from April 3-9.

The only event to be played on green clay has been a popular stop for some of the biggest names in the sport over the years. The likes of Martina Navratilova, Steffi Graf, Chris Evert, Tracy Austin, Martin Hingis, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, and Justine Henin have lifted the trophy in the past.

Continuing the tradition, the upcoming 50th edition of the WTA 500 tournament will see some of the top names from women's tennis battling it out at the Family Circle Tennis Center.

Following the withdrawal of Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka due to injury, world No. 3 and home hope Jessica Pegula leads the 64-player singles draw. Fresh off a semifinal appearance in Miami this week, Pegula will be happy with nothing less than a title in Charleston.

World No. 5 Ons Jabeur, who finished as the runner-up to Belinda Bencic last year, has received the second billing this time around. The Tunisian had to sit out a few tournaments this year to recover from a knee issue and only returned to action at Indian Wells. She has managed to win just one match since then and will hope for an upturn in fortunes with the tour moving to clay.

Adelaide International 2 runner-up Daria Kasatkina is seeded third. Bencic, who already has two titles under her belt this season, returns to defend her crown as the fourth seed.

Veronika Kudermetova, Victoria Azarenka, Ekaterina Alexandrova, and Magda Linette round out the top eight seeds.

Another player to watch is two-time Grand Slam semifinalist Elina Svitolina. The Ukrainian will play her first tournament since giving birth to her daughter last October. Svitolina opens her campaign against Moscow-born Kazakh Yulia Putintseva.

With a delectable line-up of matches in store over the next week, here are all the channel and streaming details for the Charleston Open:
