While Aryna Sabalenka still comfortably leads the race to the WTA Finals, Coco Gauff makes a significant jump thanks to her 2025 French Open campaign

While Aryna Sabalenka has comfortably extended her lead in the WTA Finals race, Coco Gauff's stellar European clay swing has helped her rise in the ranks at an incredible pace. The American made it to three consecutive finals during the swing, the WTA 1000 events in Madrid and Rome, and then the French Open.
Her run at the Paris Major has helped her jump five places to overtake Madison Keys, Iga Swiatek, and Mirra Andreeva to take the second position in the race. There is a big gap between the Top 5 and the rest of the pack. Andreeva, who is at 3,485 points, has a huge lead over sixth-placed Jessica Pegula, who is at 2,789 points.
Jasmine Paolini, Elena Rybakina, Elina Svitolina, and Ekaterina Alexandrova round off the Top 10 spots, respectively, after the French Open's conclusion.
