Retired Russian star Maria Sharapova was seen enjoying a day out in sunny Los Angeles at a contemporary art fair called the Felix Art Fair.

Sharapova, who is a regular at museums and art galleries, hit the Felix Art Fair, which is co-founded by Dean Valentine, Al Morán and Mills Morán on Wednesday, February 15. The Russian star was also recently seen at the Academy Museum and Kardonsky Art Gallery.

Sharapova, who retired from professional tennis in 2020, is engaged to British businessman Alexander Gilkes, with whom she shares a son named Theodore. The couple welcomed their son in July last year.

On Wednesday, Sharapova shared stories on Instagram of her at the art festival and enjoying tacos.

"Just waiting for my tacos," she captioned her story.
"Me, this summer," she captioned another story.

The five-time Grand Slam champion also shared a few more images of her time at the fair.

"Oops. Yes. My coat is inside out." she captioned one story.

Maria Sharapova had a glittering tennis career with five Grand Slams and thirty-six WTA singles titles under her belt before retiring in 2020.

The Russian had already started the candy brand Sugarpova in 2012 as she has a sweet tooth. She has invested in a wellness technology brand called Therabody and a smart gym equipment brand Tonal. She also has stakes in the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC), Public.com, an investment platform, and crypto firm MoonPay.

Sharapova appeared on an episode of Shark Tank where she invested in Bala Bangels, with billionaire investor and Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban.

The 2004 Wimbledon champion is also on the board of the Moncler Group, an Italian luxury fashion house. The former World No. 1 also regularly endorses brands like Nike and Evian.

In 2022, Forbes ranked the Russian No. 97 on the list of America's Richest Self-Made Women. The tennis star had immigrated from Russia to Florida in 1994 to receive formal training under famed coach Nick Bollettieri and has been in the USA ever since.

During her playing days, Sharapova was consistently the highest-paid female athlete in the world.
