Argentine tennis player Pedro Cachin, in a classy move, rushed to help an ailing fan mid-match as he headed towards his seating area and grabbed his own water bottle for the audience member at the 2023 Estoril Open.

Cachin's Round of 16 match against compatriot Sebastian Baez was underway at the Estoril Open on Wednesday, when during the second set there was commotion in the stands. Upon inspection, it was found that one of the spectators had started feeling unwell.

The Argentine prioritized the fan's health and upon learning what was going on, ran towards his kit, grabbed a bottle of water and ran back towards the stands. He then quickly swung the bottle towards another spectator who caught the bottle and handed it over to another gentleman, who then ran up the stairs to get the water to the ailing audience member.

Estoril Open's official Twitter account shared a video of the incident, praising Cachin's quick thinking.

Although Cachin lost the match to Baez in straight sets, 6-4, 7-6(2), the World No. 67's act of kindness did not go unnoticed and was definitely the highlight of the match.

"Rare," one fan tweeted in praise of Cachin.
"Nice gesture from Pedro," tennis journalist Jose Morgado tweeted.
